I got a fuzzy 800 weight polartech sherpa hat that sneers at super low temps! 
no brain freeze for me!
i'd forgotten how warm my Scarpa T1's are and have been wearing them exclusively at work, even when NOT skiing!

I got top shack at 6 the next couple days, so it shouldn't be too bad, just nobody better fall down or I'll be peessed!@#!!!

I do both patrol and lifts.
I just hang out in a shack when I'm needed and people have been hurt... (I'll pm ya about that one....)
I have to do trail checks on north peak tomorrow morning before heading up top |

Its officially too cold to do ANYTHING!@#!!!!!!
-26 here at the house this morning.
Heater core was frozen solid and pumping out no heat so I called in sick. 
That and no heat in the shack = candidate for pneumonia! |

they were off yesterday though
i lost the patroller chick i've been spending time with's cell #
she called me about 20min ago in a panic asking if i made it home alright etc. (no heat in jeep etc.)

I can't believe I have race coaching duties tonight. We practice Friday night and all weekend. First race for my daughter is Sunday with a GS at good ol Berkshire East in Western Mass. Gonna be a cold one.
Likwid you must be freezin your arse off up there. It wouldn't seem so cold if there was some nice snow to go with the cold weather. By the way, does Likwid mean liquid

Might switch to BD O2's after i hear more reviews about this years....
And speaking of MA resorts, interesting thread over on telemarktips' forums about the girl who died at Wachusette/how busy it is there.
And yes, its freaking cold out.
TOO freaking cold out.
3D was nice yesterday though, the guns had been running close to 24 hours straight and it was dry and fluffy and no bumps!
loved it
hated the temps
warm the beginning of the week then brutal again for a week ender. |

ahhhh the positive teens
its warm today and tomorrow
then going back straight to subzero on wednesday
to hide in a top shack with heat...
fresh dusting on the ground today.... maybe i'll get out
probably not though.... need to catch up on sleep after this weekend (staff party then heavy drinking after on sat)

Utah might be a long commute in the Jeep.
Pac NW is at the same base depths that they had in 98-99 when they had record snow at Baker. 1150".
