He just seems to have a way with the pitching staff and always seems to make just the right moves exactly when they need to be made!

Ya know guys?
Up until a week or so ago I totally agreed with you all that Tito was a joke but lately I have been watching his interaction with the players in the dugout or when he approaches the mound.
Seems like he treats the players as equals or friends and while I am not 100% sure thats the right way to do it?
It sure is working!! So if it aint broke!! Dont fix it!!!!

if the sox win it all then francona will be given all the credit for keeping the team together. i don't know how i feel about him but he does seem to keep everyone "loose" and upbeat, which is when they play their best apparently...
