accupressure.....take your pointer finger and thumb of one hand and sqeeze the fleshy part of the opposite hand for 15-30 seconds.....repeate on other side........but dont let it get in the way of your typing!! HA!HA!

I should have went fishing today it was perfect if we have a good day tommorow i will head up to "The Toliet" Its almost that time where they will be leavin into the bay especially with the mild winter.

hangovers are caused by dehydration and alcohol lowers your sugar levels in the long run....have something to eat and drink a few glasses of water.....
