watertown run

just got back from checking the dam to see if there are any herrings yet. what i saw was a sign that said NO HARVESTING, POSSESION or SALE of HERRRING! TILL FURTHUR NOTICE.
it seems like a few other runs have the same sign posted.
any one seen the signs up around your spots yet?

Yep - fines and the like - no taking and no posessions of alewife or bluebeck herring, live, dead, chunked

LAST weekend went to a cape cod run and seen thousands
plus, with all the water we have received the water looked good!

The herring are very spotty in Watertown, but they are running strong at the Amelia Earhart Dam!
