I looked I couldn't expand the pic.so it was hard to tell.Looks like a little pincheny deep danny type swimmer.I know he dabbled in small stuff.
If it is there will be tell tale signs.Like a Rough scratchy lip with the sides bent up..

When youre ready John , and I know this is kinda looking well into the future, I would glandly send you a lip or 2 for that plug to experiment with.
I know, I know its a long ways off, but it never hurts to plan ahead.
