So how does this work?
The guy is arrested for operating under the influence,
does he loose his drivers lic since you don't need a lic to operate a boat ?

If convicted he can loose his right to operate a vehicle in Mass. But if you get an OUI in a vehicle in Mass you can still operate a boat. How's that for back asswards?
