Not me. Retirement suits me fine. Just as long as I stay away from a new boat or something else that will cut into my fixed income. So far, I'm being very judicious with my money.

Mike, just having too much fun. RE: My boat

I found a great Yami dealer just over the hill from me in Webster MA. 15 minutes from my house. Good guys. They have the boat right now as the carbs or injectors are F@#*&ed up. I'll have it back next week. Then SPLASH!!!

No boat, back in the suds.

I only fish in the dark. If you are on the mainland you are welcome on my vessel anytime. Let's go scare up some big girls. I would love the company as I always fish alone.

Picked up my 1st NewCo fish for 2010 last night - 27" from the rocks, fat little bugger and looked plenty healthy...

I'll post a pic as soon as I get my film back from the lab...

"There is no royal road to this heavy surf-fishing. With all the appliances for comfort experience can suggest, there is a certain amount of hard work to be done and exposure to be bourne as a part of the price of success." From "Striped Bass," Scribner's Magazine, 1881.

Chuck - who is it that dead drifts squid late April/early May along the soco shore? That's a cool method.

In fact, he and I were talking about it at last month's NCSWFC meeting
