3 YEARS AGO: END OF THE SEASON

November 15th night, three years ago, Steve Flaptail, George Numbskull, and I ended our season together with one more try, on a good tide and conditions, and a cold starry night. Between the three of us, we never had a hit, and we knew we were done in our waters for the season. Although it was unsaid amongst us, we all couldn't have been more content with the process together.

Last night, Nov. 15th, Numby and I completed the cycle again, almost identically, with the very conscious absence of friend Steve. Steve loved it all...the beginning, the end, and everything in between.

Miss the big guy I did not know him as well as some but he touched my life and forever left his mark upon it.

I still get choked up when looking up at that photo in the "cave".Also,I laugh because he was going to put it on his fridge to deter himself from those snacks that hid behind that door.Paul if you'd like a copy let me know. That was THE perfect day.

Hey Bob that was a fantastic day, perfect describes it to a tee. I still remember it vividly and the company was perfect too. I would luv a copy of that pic. That would be very nice of you, and will bring me a smile seeing the big guy on that day.
