Need some assistance. Trying to locate a very friendly surfcaster that I met on Block last week. He said his name was “Bruno” and was driving a buggy with NY plates. I spoke briefly with him as he was leaving a spot – he was in a wet suit and was wearing what appeared to be a hard bicycle helmet, not sure why but maybe to protect a head injury. Any help is appreciated.
