Well another S-B event, another epic food failure. WTF . with all the rain I could not chance getting my oysters from my usual spot. o I bought them.....wait for it,
FROZEN. I brined for 30 hours and put them in the smoker. Well long story short, I gotta come up with plan B.

I ended up with brownies and a big crock pot of my wifeys homemade lobster bisque with oyster crackers. Best the bitch could come up with for a fishin thing Its pretty damn good tho
