My goal is to not cough, broke a rib this morning during a sneeze and if I cough the pain is hard to handle. Was doing mach4 in a Hobie Monday in Aruba and pitch poled it and it threw me hard against the aluminum forward support for the trampoline. Took some time to compose myself and pull her up and sail in, but thought I had just some real nice bruises. I even played golf the next day and again yesterday up here, but must have fractured a rib. Broke clean across this morning during a hard sneeze and OMG that was pain like I've not experienced and knew exactly what I did on hearing it snap. Thankfully I have a winter to recover, looks like no skiing this winter.

I broke 4 ribs 9 weeks ago today, still sore. Not fun. Get used to sleeping upright for a few weeks.

The Band Perry concert Sat, toy run Sun. Enjoying the sunshine...

Ah, you'll be better in no time. I was back to work after two weeks with 7 broken ribs and a spinal fracture. Take it easy for three weeks, you'll start feeling better.

Sneezing and coughing suck. PRAY you do not get a cold.

Sleep when ever you can and as much as you can.

On a brighter note, I'm installing storm doors with Brad tomorrow and finishing the Xmas shopping today.

Did a little relaxing last night after we went for dinner. Up and out early this morning with my son. Sat in the tree stand trying to get him a deer but no luck this morning. Working tonight to cover a friends shift (really sucks to go into work while on vacation). Tomorrow I am doing some chores over my mothers house and splitting some fire wood for next year, then watching the Pats.

Mine were all in the back. I had to sleep like a corpse for three weeks with my arms folded across my chest.

The worst was when I separated my shoulder three weeks in (it popped), then bled, then swelled up. Had to spend 6 days in the hospital until they figured out what was wrong. That sucked. Most uncomfortable I've ever been.

They didn't figure out that there was a spinal fracture until November (the fall was in August). Should be done with PT in three more weeks for the back.

Then AC joint surgery Jan 9th. I should be finally back to normal around February.
