$165K, all the numbers must match and it has to be either a 427 or 327, fuelie 365HP with factory side pipes.

WEREN,T THE bRISTOL,S LAPSTREAK ///

My uncle bought it in New Bedford & to save money bought it completely unpainted & stripped ..
He worked 7 days a week one day off & then 7 again ...............It took him so long to do things just [right] that the boat never got in the water the 1st year .................................................. .................................................. But it was rugged / I was pulling out @ Ocean B Grove one night witha little 4cylinder Opel . I revved the #^&#^&#^&#^& out of it to get ready to haul up & out ....I pulled it out & went to the left [parking] lot . some guy stopped his car m right in the middle on top of the ramp ///////////I tried to get by him [no way could I stop ] The trailer hit the curb flipped the boat off the trailer & on to the ground ..........it also snapped his drivers door off at the hindges >I picked it up & threw it in his back seat ......... then pro ceeded [with the help of on lookers] take the motor off / stuff out .......we got the boat back on the trailer / put the motor on / turned the key & it fired ..the only thing that broke [bESIDES} his door was one rod the the anchor fell on

weird things just seemed to forrow me in & around the water ><><

That was funny and scary. Driving up the road, 1/4 mile from home. You hear the typical noises of trailering: banging, jingling, thumping, creaking - and then VRRRRPPPP, clunk, and everything is silent. We looked at each other: silently WTF?

16' Aluminum boat lying sideways in the street.

Big help from those kids to lift the boat BACK onto the trailer.

Yeah we could probably collaborate and get a book full, always good to laugh at yourself at times, as I did in that OMG article OTW published; my learning experiences in life always come at a higher price.

I have had 1/2 dozen stories published in the Fisherman. We could collaborate and I'm betting it would sell

Mike, OMG for sure that night, when you and that nut job with the spear gun started going at it verbally and he was begging me to bring you over to the floats so he could have at you; I should have read the writing on the wall. If memory serves, didn't you get a hefty speeding ticket on the way in too, was an expensive night all around. I remember speaking to a game warden, who said the best thing we did was stay in the boat, I guess that guy was really dangerous and not quite right in the head. Those were the good old days, without the schoolies to teens around, that May pattern is history, as is the winter holdover spot we liked so much.

You going to the TCTFFN, been too long my friend.

Love to, I hope to give up my day job in May, so I want to spend some more time writing. I know Clammer's book would be more like 50 shades of something.
