Lamiglas XSRA 1084

I'm thinking about buying this rod (Lamiglas Ron Arra 1084 9' 1 section rated for 15-30 lb line and lures 1-4oz) for throwing plugs in the 2- 3 1/2 oz range. I was wondering if anybody had anything good or bad to say about it.

Not a blank but rather a finished rod. Its a dark maroonish bordering on dark brown.

I have the 1084 2 peice and love it. I am matching it with a Stradic FH 6000 and 30lb Power Pro.

Last night on a beach in MV I took 3 nice Bass and dropped two others. I was able to outfish those around me and I beleive the difference was the rod. It through eels in the surf perfectly.

Just to tghink, I almost sold it a while back

Thanks for the input. I ordered the rod today and it should arrive next week. Now if I could only find the fish...
