Thanks Mike.
Started Feb 8 on the NutraSystem. From May on it's just been a life style change. No red meat. Couple of glasses of wine once a week and stopped eating like a family of 5.
Dropped my BP from 150/90 to 120/60. Knees don't hurt as much and no more sleep apnea.
Just got to stay with it. It was tougher than quitting smoking.  |

Gentlemen,
I commend you both for bringing this to a quick resolution.
I was very upset last night over this, and ready to jump ship to "the other site"  full of rules and regulations..
Thank You for allowing cool heads to ultimately prevail.
