RI tog regulations?

I see a 10 fish max for the boat? Doe sthat apply to charters? How would that work on the party boats like the Frances fleet?

Regs clearly say even on the commercial boats 10 fish per vessel. Likely why I don't remember ever seeing the Francis fleet advertise tog trips.

They, and the 7 Bs, are advertising them now. I was thinking of taking my son, that's why I asked the question.

Just checked, Frances fleet website says the limit is 6 fish per man, doesn't say anything aboutthe cap on the boat. So I assumed they were exempt from th eboat maximum of 10...

there is no boat limit on tog for party / charter boats. 6 fish/angler, season closes 12/15. It specifically states this on the link provided above by CB....
