2015 Striped-Bass.com Angler of the Year Nomination Thread.

OK - its that time to NOMINATE (not vote) for the 2015 Striped-Bass.com Angler of the Year.

Remember, NOMINATION, not voting part. First and Seconded.

Top nominees will be entered in a poll to determine who the S-B.com COMMUNITY feels the Angler of the Year.

Simple Rules:

* Angler needs to be a member with (at least) regular PARTICIPATION in 2015. Should be based heavily on great angling, not just on being a great S-Ber and and all around good fellow.
* Name only
* Member needs TWO nominations (nomination and seconded)

I'll take these names for nomination for this week and put up an anonymous poll after for voting. Member needs TWO nominations (a/k/a nomination and seconded). Winner to be announced at TFCTFN)

So all you Sallys that want to beech about it, please start your own thread.

Previous S-B AOY Awardees

2007: John Haberek, our Angler of the Year Award is named after John
2008: Mike Veraka
2009: Steve Shiraka
2010: Anthony Orlando and George Christman (tie)
2011: Joe Brotz
2012: Paul Moriarty
2013: Paul Iemma
2014: Phil Buzby

We will Have the S-B MEMBER of the year award in honor of Mike White A/K/A Saltheart poll up momentarily.

I will run this through Sunday or so.

Got to be Bart. He reminded me of me, in my younger days. I don't think anyone fished harder than him.

No boat, back in the suds.

Niko! He's a beast! He fishes and catches his ass off more than 90% of the people here. He's humble about his catching.

I've never fished with him, but I'll nominate Eskimo. He catches lots of big fish and puts his time in. He also makes some really good looking plugs.

Mike Delzingo aka Fishbucket, guy that spends most of the season on the water, catching everything (except a porgeable), and pushes his boat/crew to the limits. Northern Jefferies to Fippennies to W Atlantis is his territory. He still gets excited from a tug from a scup to a grander tuna!

FishinFreak

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!

It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.
