If this forecast holds, it's going to be a really sweet day.
The haddock bite is off the hook! we should go out to the bank and load up on haddock, then get some macs and bass fish afterwards.
Bring whatever you need to eat and drink and survive on a boat all day.
I have enough fishing gear to outfit a couple boats. you don't need buckets of tackle or every plug you own. I have them all already.
Maybe 1 light schoolie rod with a small pencil popper or something for blitzing fish if we see them.
The earlier the better, 6am is good, 5am is better.
Boat is at Admiral's hill Marina 305 Commandant's way, Chelsea Ma.

Yeah, forecast looks amazing.

I vote 5 AM, but Guppy is picking me up, so it's really up to him.

It would be nice to get some haddock. Four years ago, when we had this el nino, we got monster bass this time of year trolling macs. It was amazing.

Who's your mate? Wanna make sure I bring enough dough to make it worth their while if they are cutting haddock.

Thanks,
Rick

I'm so sorry guys we were prepping the boat last night and noticed oil hemmoraging out between the block and bellhousing. Though the rear main seal let go. Came down this morning and pulled the transmission, found oil passage Oring blown out. 69 cent oring!
She's back up and running now. I have to go with the family for the rest of the weekend but we should be good to go for reschedule. Beging of the week I will hit you guys up for a time.
I felt horrible but like Stacie said at least you didn't have a crew of 7 half way to the bank. We would have ran out of oil starboard, and tripped the low pressure alarm. By then there would have been 2.5 gallons of oil in the bilge instead of about 2 quarts

I saw the o-ring. I'm at the Cape from June 3rd-12th and again from 17th to the 19th.

Other than that, I am free.

Thx,

Yup, 5 AM is fine with me, too. Hell, any time after 3:30 is gravy compared to the last two weeks. I slept to 5 this AM, shot straight up in bed, and felt like I overslept.
