I was thinking...

Any of you cape guys still catching large in numbers ???
I'm just tying to figure out how much time us Rhode Islanders have.
Round my parts, folks say we have up until about thanksgiving until the fish split, but Everyone is saying the season is running late.

Any thoughts on this??

Could I follow the migration? Maybe drift on a little raft or something, with a big cow hooked on one rod pulling south, and another rod off the back trolling mambos or something

shorty

I agree. For the past week all I am hearing is complaints from my local fishermen friends who haven't been catching any large. Theres lots of schoolies, but not many fish over 30"

We will see though. Maybe this is a little lull before the last push.

50/50 Ill be up tonight. With a passing weather system, low pressure and changing winds tomorrow, it might shake things up and get em going again.
But who knows

A like it a lot better than the major skunko I had last weekend.

It ain't over.
