Flu/pneumonia
Anyone else dealing with this crap going around ?
I’m into my 4th week and it sucks !
2 different rounds of antibiotics a week at a time.
IV in my arm one day.
3 different rounds of steroids.
Inhalers
Nibualizer
Drugs to help sleep
Fluticasone nasal spray
Saline nasal spray
Headaches-aspirin

Thought I was turning the corner & getting better.
Headache most of the night.
Got up dizzy as hell to the point thought I was going to keel over.
Sinus pressure in my ears/Head is brutal.

I had something like that the week after Thanksgiving. Lasted almost to Xmas. It almost went away twice and came back with a vengeance.
The good news is I think I developed an immunity to everything else because I have been fine since and the flu is everywhere here in Charleston SC. something like 80 dead from it.

Just finished five days of antibiotics for pneumonia. Today is better than yesterday and that was better than day before. So just watching and building back to full steam at work slowly. Not coughing up mucus so that is real good.... Hope you turn the corner Ronnie!

this is my GO TO METHOD for flu
i had read the book titled spices double the power of your immune system
later......at one point i came down with the flu
you feel super contagious > lethal >almost radio active (and you "KNOW")
i quickly went and bought some JUMBO shrimp
next i butterflied them so they stand up on the griddle pan
i cooked them with Butter but drizzled on a super hot oil
called MONGOLIAN fire oil thats like tear gas in a bottle hot HOT HOT
after they are golden brown i dipped them in a bowl of ground black pepper
AFTER eating 4 of these-> in a matter of seconds beads of sweat formed on my nose indicating >>> rushing thru my system
then i went to bed and when i woke up i felt tremendously better but not out of the woods
then i went with my normal routine of eating oranges, taking vitamin C 1000 mgs, and taking echinacea herb with golden seal
this (remedy) KICKED the flu's butt right out of ME

If you didn't get the flu shot this year, don't make the same mistake twice. Even if you contract a different strain that isn't covered by the shot, it will usually ease symptoms. This year's flu is no joke, and the way these #^&#^&#^&#^&ers mutate, well, make it a point to get vaccinated next fall.
