Well...
The US, France, UK are bombing Syria.
Really hope this stays contained. Mattis was emphatic about focusing on Chem systems only. Not that Syria has them since 5 years back or anything

“After Trump’s first year we have: 1.3 trillion omnibus, no wall, war in Syria. Is Clinton secretly President?” wrote Lucian B. Wintrich, the D.C. bureau chief and White House correspondent for Gateway Pundit.

Too bad president Trump didn't fix Syria instead of turning our economy around in one month

Chess match basically and while I'm sure they would have liked to put some hurt on the air force who is delivering the chemical weapons, that would be too close to Russian forces for comfort. The middle east is and has been a powder keg for so long, frankly I"m surprised it hasn't exploded by now. Russia wants the warm water bases and the natural resources and they have no issue supporting a monster if that puts troupes on the ground in key strategic places.

I heard one guys suggest hit Syria with a cyber attack.. it could touch all in Syria with out the death and no risk for our forces . But would retaliation also be easier?
