Unfortunately the "real" issue is whether of not a dispensary can open in a particular neighborhood and how will they "protect" the every-day stoners that feel they "need" their doobies to be able to deal with the stress of being a failure in life.
Actually helping people that NEED and could BENEFIT from its use is not news-worthy and not worth their time and effort.
They should be dispensing this stuff as a compulsory item in every soldier's daily meals.
Notice that their not really discussing the possible health benefits for people that use MEDICINAL pot, but rather how it could be used as a treatment for opioid addicts??? (same crap, same results)
