Firewood
I have a LOT of standing dead white, black and red oak. More than any one person could burn in a winter. I'm talking 100 cords.
If someone want to come up and load 4 foots in their truck I'll sell for $50 a truckload and I'll take em down and cut to 4'.
The wood is accessible and you can drive to all of the trees with a decent pickup. I'm in NW RI.
