RI Father / Son pair missing traveling to / thru FL
https://turnto10.com/news/local/coas...ers-in-florida
Quote:
The U.S. Coast Guard is searching for two overdue boaters from Rhode Island in Florida.
The USCG says 81-year-old Gerald Cook and his son 55-year-old Peter Cook were aboard a 52-foot yellow steel vessel called Rom’e. Four dogs were also onboard.
The public affairs office with the USCG confirmed with NBC 10 that the two are from Rhode Island.
The USCG said it received a call from the boaters’ family that the father and son were traveling from Panama City to Vero Beach via the Okeechobee Waterway and scheduled to arrive on Tuesday.
