BIL and his wife arriving tonight from Virginia. Mainly to see his mom (88) and give my wife a break from 24/7 care, while still working crazy hours from home and keeping me in my spoiled lifestyle. They want to go on the boat but just saw Saturday might not be the day weatherwise. And it is Race Week...
Just keep folks cool is the plan.

I will be putting some finishing touches on a 720 s.f. addition to the back of my house we built for my mother in law as long as the plumber finishes up in the morning. It has been a tough year for me between this and my parents health issues and needs and work, it is like 3 full time jobs. I'm a little burnt out. Last year was the first year I have not caught a striped bass. I hope to get some this year. This addition is like building a house just about. I managed to get some good sub contractors and it came out really nice. It has taken more than a year but well worth it. I did as much of the work as I could myself so being a perfectionist, took a lot of time.

I'm on vacation for the next 9 days, We're heading to the Cape/Hyannisport tomorrow. I hope to hang out on the beach, make a trip to P-town, Julie wants to go to MV for a day trip, but I really hope to sit and relax and unwind
Monday 8/8 I have an MRI to see if there is a slow growing tumor or some scarring from a stroke causing the vertigo
Enjoy the weekend everyone

Spending the weekend in Richmond Va. Every year we try to take a weekend and do something different. This year we are attending a NASCAR race. The weather for today and tomorrow is 99 and sunny....maybe we should have looked into a fall race. Still dealing with a torn meniscus so walk is going to be a challenge.
