Okay who do I have to kill in order to get my hand onto some Hab's plugs. Anyone know where I can get some?

Try his web site at http://www.habscustomplugs.com/index.html I think he said he will be able to take orders soon. I have been trying myself no luck anywhere. He is a great guy though and I think his web site will be able to help us out soon. Let me know if you find anyone else.

I think John said only the Elite versons will be available on his site. For the rest, you have to go to a dealer.

You're right, Mike, only the Elite series will be available direct from Habs. The other plugs will be at tackle shops in the pretty near future, I would guess - I was in touch with Tattoo last week and he said they're spinnin' like crazy .

Habs will also be at the RISAA saltwater show March 5-7 in Providence at the Convention Center and at the MSBA show the last weekend in March. Haven't asked him yet but I would guess he'll be there with the Elite series for sale and the latest in HabsWear.

I had a chance to fondle some of the Elite needlefish and the new Sandeel at the last club meeting - you'll flip out when you see them - the patterns are incredible.

It must be good to be the king.

"There is no royal road to this heavy surf-fishing. With all the appliances for comfort experience can suggest, there is a certain amount of hard work to be done and exposure to be bourne as a part of the price of success." From "Striped Bass," Scribner's Magazine, 1881.

Mikey spends much more time in Provincetown than me, somebody told me he was the grand marshall of this year's gay parade.

You know you two could be the entertainment on the 21st. This is better than Abbot and Costello's Who's On First.

I know where there are about 3800 + HABS needles right now. With another 1000 that just came of the lathe, and another 1500 waiting to be turned.

More information goes to the highest bidder.

Do I hear $1?

Tattoo,

I'm interested in picking up some Hab's plugs, needles, elite needles and an Elite Hab-let swimmer and I know I have to wait for his website to start accepting orders for the Elite stuff. I am also very interested in picking some of your plugs. A swimmer, a makerer darter and a spook. All the places I would normally try are out of stock. i.e. Surfcasting-RhodeIsland and the SaltWater Edge.

When will you be sending some of your plugs to tackle shops and will you be at the show in RI selling your plugs?

Regards,

Rich

Tattoo,

With all due respect to you and Hab's I wasn't trying to divert or hijack the thread.

It's just that I know I'll have to wait a while to get the Hab's plugs, but I don't know when your plugs will be available. I was hoping you could give us and update on their availability
