Has abybody tryed to open the Army Corps Eng website.

I am trying to get to the website listed in the canal tide charts for the tides.
It is listed as
www.nae.usace army.mil/recreati/ccc/ccchome.htm
and nothing opens
did they missprint it??
would not surprise me . our tax dollars at work for us.
