Question Weekend Plans?

My son is sick, a light touch of pnuemonia the doc says, too bad they couldn't figure out the first time we brough him in - "Oh, just a touch of the cold, no worry"

I might, just maybe, hopefully, just a tick of a chance, get out to fish South County one night this weekend... Have some work to do around the house and I really hope my son get's better.... Any South County reports?

Who all is fishing this weekend?

We're RUNNING OUT OF TIME!!!
The bass are leaving and we're talking about COD

Hey, hope Liam is well soon, John.

Since I'll be headed to Jersey again nest Thursday, I'd better stick around the house and be a good boy. Gotta get straw on the leeks and parsnips before the ground freezes, dig up the parsley and rosemary, turn the compost, maybe rake and shred leaves.

Perhaps make duck for dinner Sunday......

Have fun, whatever you do...............

Hope Liam gets better. Looks like you're spending the weekend with someone cuddled up on your lap.

Need to get another months wood stacked. Maybe some togging with clammer.

no John just a trim on the front and sides ( 6 hairs total ) . My wife would leave me if I cut my hair . I do have the longest but Alex is catching up couple more years and shell have me beat ! I went the hair selling way before a major pain in the arse . wash hair 3 to 4 times a day and brush it out constantly . they will only buy it if it is 12 inches long after trimming the ends . Nice wigs though I have a wig guy near me ( nice guy )that uses human hair for his wigs . but enough about sampson and delila !
any shoe questions ?

Your wife emailed my wife yesterday with that news John... Hope he gets better soon. He's a darn healthy little guy, so I'm sure he'll bounce back quick.

GS, it looks like John is somewhere between doubtful and up in the air, so I guess I'm in. Let me know the times and stuff, and I better get directions to your house.

Oh yeah, what type of fishing would we be doing? Are they deep, or are they still up top... will talk to ya later.

Chris, that's gross man. Someone else wearing your hair?

Kidding, at the rate my hair is deserting me, I better shut my mouth. Its still a pretty small spot, but I'm scared man. My head is too damn round to be bald.

I worry about the cold , thats why I have a built in neck wrap when its needed ! Rugs made out of animal hair are a grosser prospect ! If I was to loose the top hair id just wear a hat and look like Gallagher ! still retaining the neck wrap

ARGGGHHH!!! - I'm envious, you've been to at least two of the sweet Islands this year, I've been to Zero, ZZZip, Nada

Next year - we need to have a small Cuttyhunk Trip from the site and a Block trip (Slip, I know I said we'd go this year but it just wasn't in my cards )

John, I hope Liam feels better soon. I understand about the Block thing John.

I don't have plans but I will be working on the plugs for the plug swap. My brother asked me to go to the Pats game but I thought next sat. cod trip was more important so I passed.

Thumbs up Hunting

Going scoter/eider hunting up in R.I. on saturday morning. Hopefully will limit out on some fast shooting again. I'm bummed out I can't make it on the cod trip. I may call tomorrow and see if the Andylynn is running sunday. May go up there, but I heard it is gonna blow. If not stay local, maybe re-hang some tree stands for opening of deer season this week. Or go pike fishing on the Ct River as water temps are dropping. Good luck everyone on the Fall Cod trip next weekend. Envious

Sorry to hear Liams sick John. Even though he has to take the medicine about 2 weeks , he should feel much better in 3 or 4 days.

We are trying to go to a bull fight this weekend. Apparently we missed a guy named Julie (sounds like huly) last week. He's suppose to be the Michael Jordan of Bull fighting. If there are no fights this weekend we'll be going to a place called Leone where they specialize in leather products. Could be an expensive day if the stuff is nice but suppose to be way less than the same quality stuff in US.

Good Luck fishing.

Thanks everybodu - I hope he turns for the better soon tooo. He has been generally better during the day than the night....

OK - I'm probably going to head to South County tomorrow night. Don't know where but Naps or WH most likely...

Let's see, what are the odds of running into anybody?

Schoolie - give me a buzz if you are still available to fish Saturday night....

Dude, I got the impression you weren't getting out, so I made plans to go down to CT with Got Stripers on Saturday morning. Doubt I'm up for a double-header...

Sorry, I really thought you had about a .001% chance of fishing... hope you get a shot at some cows. I guess we'll fish together on the boat next weekend.

I'll be a clam-dunkin' tourist for sure... I've always aspired to be such.

And we may need to christen a new vessel some way some how... we'll see.
