Help with Engin removale

I am trying to get a 1992 120 Johnson off my 1992 Henry O' 17 footer!!
I have removed everything!! all wires hoses cables and this thing will not move at all!!! The bolts are stuck in the transom and even with the nuts off the motor will not move???
I have done 3 boats before, and I have seen the bolts stuck in the boat but never saw a motor not be able to move???

Does anyone have any words of wisdom for me??

Ineed to install my new 2004 115 Johnson soon!

wat are the bolts made of? steel? You can put wet rags on the glass 2 protect them- than Heat up the bolts with a big toarch.. Have you tryed soaking it over night in '' blaster?''

floor jack

Carefuly put a block of wood between the jack and the motor. Slowly make a few pumps. The pressure from the jack might break it free.

thats why they call it fishing not catching

is it the bolts that are stuck thru the transom and the housing?

will the bolts turn at all?
probably gooped in with 5200 or something, tap on the nut end while turning them.
put the nuts on so you don't mess up the threads

Well the bolts and the bracket welded them selfs toghter after 12 years in salt.
I jacked up as was told to me to do and I got the bottom to break lose, but the top holes just would no move!!
So while the bottom was lifted I put a wedge in and took a saws all and cut the bolts. After I took the motor off the rest of the bolt un screwed easy as pie!

Thanks all now I have to remove all the wires and stuff from the under deck tube and run all the new wires to in stall the new motor!!

Out with the OLD!!

In with the New!! 2004 Johnson 115
