Pliers
I was at M&D's today and bought these pliers. These things cut braid like butter, they float, and are super light. They also come with a lanyard. I haven't used them on a fish yet but I've been playing with them and they seem wicked strong for such light weight. I had to have them.

those look sweet!
speaking of floating plyers.. One day I was down at Deep Hole on a really low tide and I found something like 6 pairs of plyers. I couldnt for the life of me figure out what all these plyers were doing in 2 feet of water , then it all made sense

MikeCC, are they resistant to saltwater? Won't they rust? You know things can get eroded and rusted while surfcasting.

Mike _ I don't get down your way a lot, do ya ship?
I'm interested in the 7" - how much do they run? I need a new pair to start the season with.

Hey Eben, I lost a pair of pliers there last fall, did you find a pair of shimano's witrh sheath and electircal tape on a blue wading belt? Stupid wading belt came undone when I was getting slammed by waves on a rising tide. Went back at low the next morning but couldn't find them

I saw them Saturday & I have to tell you that these pliers are SWEET!... they cut through braid like it was Monofilament!...
Mike, Please put aside a pair of the shorter ones when they are in as these are AWESOME!!!
Please let me tell you that ANYTHING Mike would endorse, is an absolutely great product!...
These floating cutters are AMAZING!!!...
Just as Russ, and Pasngas saw, these are going to be a HOT seller!...
