Thats right Beachwalker.......Yankees got spanked this weekend! In the immortal words of the late, great Jackie Gleason......"How sweet it is!". Sox took all three games this weekend and I believe....correct me if I am wrong, 3 of 4 from the Bombers at Fenway last weekend?
I like that nickname for the Yankees...."Bombers"!
Fair play to you and your team Big. Looks like the Sox finally have learned how to play the complete game (Small Ball, Pitching, Fielding and the Long ball). That has won the Yankees a lot of ball games in the past decade and it will for the Sox this year.

I still don't feel good about it Beachwalker in all seriousness. The Sox if you remember always start off with guns a blazin' and the Yankees generally do start off a little sluggishly. I see it every year. Then come June its time for the Sox to swoon and the Yankees just continue to improve.One thing I have learned from many years of being a Red Sox fan......"It ain't how you start, its how you finish!". Remember last season?
If the season was only 20 games the Red Flops would be going to the World Series. When it comes to October I will be driving down the road and I will see little kids and their fathers crying and I can hear the kids saying "Dad tell me it isn't so, the Yankees are going to win the World Series again?" Dad tells his son, "Yes, they have won 26 time to 0 since 1918." I have heard this many times over the years...May the curse be with you......
