Wader repairing

What's the best glue/cement for fixing neos?Got a minor trickle in the right foot and have glued the hole with cement I bought at Wallyworld but it lasted only one outing.Would like to get it fixed while the leak is still minor.
Right now the water ain't so cold.Come November a damp foot is a COLD foot.
Specific brands would be appreciated.

My foot just started leaking in mine this week too. Are you supposed to wear a sock over the waders, so to decrease abrasion?
