Monomoy Area

You guys out there have a beautiful place. Just got back from a friends house in Chatham. We motored out the Oyster River through the twists and turns to drift out front. Lots of fish around. Started out trolling then we drifted with some bucktails. Got alot of bass to 15#. We should have drifted with sand eels. There were just walls of fish. When we were'nt catching you could watch the bass chase the bait to the surface. Lots of bait, birds and bass. We even saw a big basking shark. After fishing in the surf at home, it was quite a relief to see so many bass in an area that I was fishing in.
