Awesome Day !!!
Headed out for cod today, My boat and Ave Maria boat.
Seas were a bit rough early, but layed down nice later in the day!
Lots of good size cod, Cusk, Haddock , and Pollock.
And once again, a Tuna fell victim to a cod teaser !!!!!!!!!

The tail will be on Ave maria,
The fish was caught by Mike M (chubsdad)

ron that was awesome. but it was team work. fishing in real deep water . john k hooked a fish he brought it have way up and thouht he lost it then we had three lines tangled with another cod . when we got them un tangled i took the rod to reel in .and let it back out. but when i started to reel it took off. took me to the bow. then the stern. it wasnt big but it had a good fight. so it wasnt just me who caught i give credit to the whole crew capt mike john k beetle little pat and my self. it was alot of fun

Here is a few pics from our day,
One is Mike M (chubsdad) with his tuna,
The other is Raider Leo reeling up a mid 20 lb cod from 300 plus ft. of water he jigged up all by himself, Not too bad for a 6 year old !!!
