Gogan sighting today

today I saw the googan of all googans... he was using storm wildeyes, and catchign schoolies... no big deal, but he was cutting his line about 5 inches above the storm and kicking the bass back in the H20 with his feet he did this on 5 fish and then i lost it on the guy.. His responce was " I dont have any plyers and I dont want fishy hands"

WTF!?!?! your clean hands are worth more than the lives of 5 stripers?

SO what happens?? I have to un-hook his schoolie when a pack of albies roars by me...... and I would have been into them.

Why me??

fishing was great before he showed up though-

CAme up to my truck after fishing yesterday to find a DEM officer measuring a short on my tailgate. 24" Got the guy a date in court and his and his buddies equipment seized. I kept telling the officer to lock him up, and made the guy wipe off the scales and sand off my tailgate after the officer got done measuring.

Thats hilarious, I would have asked him to hand me the fish after he cut his line, I would have removed the hook and kept the storms

well that was part of the problem. He was gut hooking some of the bass, and thats why I yelled out that he could use my plyers. But then he had a nice Lip-hoooked bass and he did it agian! Thats when he said he didnt want fishy hands

My question is how often does this looser fish and how many fish has he done this to?

Its crap like this that makes me want a saltwater fishing liscence in RI... theres just too many googans who dont care. If there was a liscence at 50 bucks a pop it would thin out the herds of non-serious fishermen. Then the $$ could go to a fund which could help with saltwater fishing related causes...
