Pedro go or stay??
Whatya all think Pedro will end up doing? Can the Sox continue to win without him? Would you sign him for 3-4 years?

We are not released the true details so I think it is hard to say. I can't see this organization signing him to a long term contract. I would like to see him play out his career in Boston though.. Look what happend to Clemens, he still had many productive years and just on a Cy Young.

Thats funny Bigfish!! Although I fear letting Pedro go will in the long run hurt the Red Sox, Roger Clemens keeps coming to mind.

Guys--I say this from the heart---do whatever you can to keep Pedro. Because he's the last guy in the world I want to see the Mets lock up for 4 years, guaranteed. We're already paying Tom Glavine big bucks for 12-13 wins a year
Even if he performs well for his 100 pitch limit---the Mets don't have a bullpen. Pedro leaves with a 3-1 lead, the Mets lose 5-3. Whoop-de-damn-do

I would not mind seeing him go folks....his sprocket has a well worn gog and its about to break down!
As for letting Clemens go....totally different situation....Duquette was an absolute fool! I am a huge Clemens fan and he is 100 times the pitcher Pedro is!

Later Petey !!!! I love this guy, but if he really needs the extra year in the contract and the 12 million, than let him go. I'm tired of listening to him rant about respect and all that crap too.....guys one of the most respected athletes in Boston Sports history...its just never enough for him.
