Christmas present for the wife?
I am always struggling in this department. I'd like to do something creative, but the problem is . . . I'm not a creative guy.
I'm basically wondering what some of you other guys are getting your wives / girlfriends this holiday season or what has worked in the past.
I suspect there are others looking for help here too. Maybe some of the ladies can chime in with some advice too.
Hopefully, my wife will enjoy the lead melting pot I just ordered , but I think some additional items may be necessary. Maybe...

Getting my wife a snowmobile.
Moto you can't go wrong with jewelry, unless she's not in to it. Preferably from Tiffany's.

Well I think you will definitely get some suggestions from this thread, but come the beginning of next year start keeping a secret list. Everytime she says something like "Oh I like that..." or "that would be nice to have" go write it down. You can decide later if she really did or didn't. She will also be amazed you remembered something she said 8 or 9 moinths previous. Does she collect anything you could add to? How about Bath and Bodyworks if your mall has one? Digital camera? Magazine subscription for something she's interested in.
As for me, I got her a Kodak digital camera for her birthday and told her the printer setup was a waste of money...you guessed it, I only said that so I could give it as an Xmas present. I usually get her one gift certificate for one of her favorite stores, and a special bag for taking a bottle of wine for those small BYOB restaurants they have here in NJ, she's into roosters so I hit antique and art stores in search of same

Gift Certificates for- facial
- finger nails
- hair dresser
- to a shopping mall, which I think is THE BEST because prices drop on clothing after Christmas big time.

Get her a massage gift certificate. I personally hate giving back rubs ( plus I'm married so thats as far as they go ). Its a easy gift, not all that expensive, and if your like me....it might get you out of a couple of those back rubs.

They interpret "Black and Sexy" as a gift for yourself and rates right up there with a new toaster or washing machine.
Hire a Massage, Facial....... If you want thoughtful get her something soley for her.

She wants clothes, but . . . lets be honest, I can guarantee she will return everything I get for her. But hey, it's the thought that counts, right? Might as well take a shot. Although, this does mean that I will have to go to the dreaded mall.
Also looking into the CapeCodder Resort and Spa. Any of you cape guys know anything about this place? Maybe send wifey and her mother down for a weekend of pampering.
Thanks for all the suggestions.

That place sucks. There is a place in Hyanis called cuddles and bubbles. I think it is a red lion inn. Thats were you want to go. They have different priced rooms. Shell out the xtra cash and get something nice.
