Did you hear about the salmon stocking truck

that was headed to a big lake and broke down and had to dump their load in small local lake.. fish to 18# on flyrods....

what small local pond !! sounds like a problem? wouldnt that offset the balance of the ecosystem in that pond? i think that was a nono ;o

Funny how that truck seems to always break down and dump their load in one spot. Hear that story at least every other year.

On the Cape, this rumor was started by ONE guy in ONE shop and it spread. Call the Sandwich Hatchery and they'll set you straight. And yes, it goes around just about every year. Pretty soon we'll be reading about it on www.snopes.com
