The conditions were perfect, the place was very fishable, there just were not any big bass. They could show anytime now however,I would bank on the middle of next week for the horses to show. The new moon will be the time and Im sure there is going to be a slug of big fish in there one of those nights.

When I got there fish were all over the beach and there were tons of birds working them. All the fish were small.Looking at my log book for the past three years It showed that the better fish showing up at the end of the month and then first week of november being the best week, lots of 30lb plus bass taken that week. With the new moon right on time this year it should be the same if not better! But then again, who ever knows? thats why they call it fishin,Just haveb to go and hope they show the night you are there!! One thing is for sure,That place never ever let mke down yet in the late fall,Steve got a 46lb fish there last november 6th!! so we still have plenty of time!

Well this makes for a dilemma to walk or not to walk. My wife has given me Saturday afternoon and night off. So.....I'm heading down to RI at 3:00pm arriving at 5:00pm. Just need a place to hide from those Tri-State guys.........Hmmm, I could bring to boat and cheat.....
