Deadwood? or Carnivale?
I need some DVD love
I have never seen either series, but both DVD sets got great reviews and both shows really peak my interest..
Has anyone seen both and can provide an opinion on which might be more fun to get in to?

Deadwood hands down...that show is absolutely addicting. Can't go wrong with Band of Brothers either.

deadwood's a great show-cowboys, swearing, and t@##ies. carnivale is also great- bizzare plots with all kinds of twists. if you like westerns, go with deadwood. if you like the unusual go with carnivale. i watch both.

If you are watching Deadwood make sure the kids ( if you have any ) are asleep.
Some of the language is a little tough.

I agree, I started watching six feet under about 6 episodes into the first season and it is definitely one of the best shows on the tube. The upcoming season is the last one though.

Who dies this season? Bullock or Swarengen? I think one of them's definitely gone...
