BigFish Jointed Poppers
The first two done....more to come...drying right now! The v-cut mouth is Gibbs inspired. Kind of like his small popper mouths from the old days.

Looks cool, how do they work? Don't forget to take the plastic things off before fishing with them.

Heavy tail weight....2 00 buckshot slugs up front forward of the swivel hole.....it sits on the surface with the tail a little heavy, and the main body sits on topwater...chug away....and yes they work. Just gotta see how the fish find them. I will be fishing them with a bucktailed siwash.

Larry - outstanding !! you do a fine job on the jointed swimmers. I think you will find plenty of customers with these ! ( BIG bass)
By the way, what did you use for hook protection on the VMC hooks, I have been looking for something myself.

Tubing source for hook protection
Don...go on ebay and search vinyl tubing. There is a guy selling several different sizes and he goes under the name sgcool. Size is 1/16 od I believe you want.
