Wink hey Karl F!!!!

Heard yer beach got pretty chopped up and it might be closed for this weekend to everybody. I think yer finished there for a while . Another reason to save 180.00 bucks. My skiff is ready when you are, at least you'll catch some fish.

Why even try.........

Unhappy

Nauset is effed, (I can hear old Bob Hope singin "Thanks for the Memories") and probably more than just for this weekend... bring your skiff to Orleans, we have a new inlet, at Pochet now... use the landing at Sparrowhawk...
North, (My side, Thank You very much) will probably re-open soon.....and it's still only 40 bucks for the locals
The real pity is, the fishing had been pretty good down there.....

I gotta agree with John, water flowed through Pochet for over 30 hours straight, and the "puddle" near the cupula camp is really just the new water line on the marsh side. I heard there was a 2 day river between Kelly's camp and Hammatt's...
North side (Orleans Residents) is open and looking OK, lot of sand all the way to Eastham.... lining up my land marks, it appears that the last 1/2, 3/4 mile, is actually in Eastham, again....

camp

second one south of Hammatts Hanger (#7)
he also has some kinda interest in the one right on the trail just past #2
Broads still high and dry
South still closed, just yapped at them, another re-evaluation will take place on Tuesday AM, call 508-240-3780 after noon on Tuesday, they will have an answer then. They are waiting for some of the water to leave the back trail... couple of trucks have sucked in water and fried the engines, it's that deep (Dave, make sure your air intake is up HIGH, some of them fords have a low air intake, follow the hose)

I walked it Sunday and I talked with a couple of guys that said it was good fishing early but I was there at 11 am and they were getting ready to leave.

Its a good thing it was low tide when I got there!! There is nothing to walk on at high!!
