Here's a few. One of the wig-lits is going to someone in a trade. The other plugs are going to get wet next weekend when I get back out to the cape.

Little Peak
Ok since you are obviously going thru withdrawal symptoms I will offer a peak at something that is not finished yet but they are getting closer. Be gentle now they are a little different and my wife says I don't take criticism very well. Paul

Yes and Yes Dave. It held up well. These ones are powder coated. Purple and clear. That is all he had for colors. Next batch is my choice of colors. Need to see how they take the salt now. Bottom two are a newer thinner type. More resemblence to a sand eel I think. I got to stop tinkering and finish a few. Problem is every time a make more I start changing stuff. Need to stick to a style and fish them. Did get some fish today on the short one. Paul

They are hollow. Can make them weigh as much as you like. Naked as is from top to bottom 6" - .8 oz , 4"- .4 oz, 7" -.5 oz, 6" -.4 oz. I have 5" ones too and 7" ones like the first one. Sky is the limit on sizes. With just hooks and no added weight they cast good. I have made them to the exact dim. out of wood too. I just kind of like the looks so I figured I would like them to float or suspend and that is just not going to happen with the Alum., no matter what I tried, so I figured why not wood. Just have not painted any yet. Alum. ones really work pissa cast out of a boat. Alum. ones, at least the bigger ones, will probably be a semi-rough surf condition type lure, but who knows Paul

Very good job, wish i'd thought of it.
Did you make them while on the clock?
How did you mill the flats? bridgeport/mach. center/ or cnc w/ live tooling?

Very, very nice Paul. Try a bit of prismatic tape on the flat milled section of the sides, then clear coat.
