Depends on the situation, conditions and location
I took a 25 last year in 'gansett under snotty conditions, that was a tough fish, hooked at the very end of the cast and ran a ton of line, not my biggest, but a challenging fish....
In my skiff a 25lb fish is ok, but nothing specatcular.. a 37 (my best non wire line fish) on live eels in 8-10ft of water is a much better fish to me than say a 39 or 40 on wire line...
To me a 15lb fish can be a great fish when fishing sucks, and a fish in the 20's makes for a good night always in my book.....
Am I in this for a 50? of course... but lots of great bass fishermen never get there...

To me, a cow was always one you needed two hands to lift. fat bellied sucker. Gotta be at least 30, tho.
