get this crap
this moring while working on the side of a place we're rebuilding right next to the harbor...this guy comes down in his car an drive's on the town peir,,no big deal.....fish are jumping every where...he pull's out his rod and starts catching...fish almost every cast...bass/ blue's mixed..I can see the eye's on these fish, thats how close we are to the dock.....the guy take's every fish he catches and throw's them in his trunk...now mind you none of these fish were more than 14"...blues fine,,take them all,,but he's keeping short bass as well...after the 5th bass[short] he throws in his trunk..I make a call...down comes the harbormaster..he tell's the guy to open the trunk...low and behold there's short bass...the HM. takes the short's and throws them in the water[dead]..they talk...the HM. then goes to look to see if any of the fish have swam off[dead fish don't swim] he then jumps done on one of the boats, grabs a rake and plucks them out of the water..hmmm! now what...the HM. takes them back to the guy and GIVES HIM THE DEAD SHORT"s...wth...this is how the enforcement folks deal with law breaker's it's a free for all out there...catch and keep anything you want guys..the law won't do anything.

I might of tried calling the EP's, but chance's are they wouldn't of made it there in time to catch the moron. Maybe hand them the moron's plate number. HM's usually are there to enforce boating issue's and not so much looking for people fishing illegally, I think? Just the same, people like that really peeees me off!

Maybe you should have just "accidently" shot a few spikes from your nail gun
I would have too pissed seeing that to not say anything to them. Those fish should have remained crabfood No way would I let that poacher keep them. He most likely does it often

outfished: its town to town how much power they have.
some can't do anything but stand there and "suggest" they not take them.
others are town officials/etc.

Steve, a green cop will beat a townie, be it a HM, or a Barney Fife, anytime, file the story with the EP, and call Leach... he should chew the kid a new AH for doing that... Leach... having anymore cookouts in the back of his jeep lately?
Slip, it's never bend over to pick up a wallet in P-town... kick it to Eastham first, so's yer sure ta be safe.

A clear glass marble and a wrist rocket would have taken care of his side window. No evidence either.
