Weekend Plans?
What's up for the weekend?
Most likely no fishing for me unless I talk my bro-in-law in CT to chase some schoolies around Stratford. Going down to celebrate Easter with my wife's sister & family in CT. My son should have his first Easter Egg hunt tomorrow - should be a trip....
Might look at a boat
So what's up for the weekend? Anyone hitting the Wall? Southwest winds projected for tomorrow

Any fishing lures in those Easter Eggs -- hookless of course?!?!
Yah can't start them too young.
Have a great Easter with your family.

Thanks & Happy Easter to you and yours!
I don't think I'll push the fishing thing too strong with him just now, I got enough ribbing from Da Wife when he said "boat" before momma

Smokey and I kicked around the idea of a trip to the wall but duty calls and we are going to work out the details of our skin jig inserts today. We are changing them to get rid of the external crimp and also so we can make one in about a minute instead of the ten minutes each it takes now.
We will be having a Ham Dinner Sunday. I think its the only time each year we get a ham so I plan on Ham dinner , ham sandwiches and ham and eggs monday morning!!

And ham on Tuesday, and ham on Wednesday...and....
Nah, wife ain't big on ham, and since I'm going to my mother's, no left overs for me.....unless I convince the wife that it's on sale and cheap......
Besides, I always preferred lamb for Easter, so I'll just have to make it for us on Saturday.....
This afternoon, I SHOULD be fishing at WW, but since I blew it and went flounder fishing yesterday.....unsuccessfully....I gotta turn the pea plot.....(note to self....you dumb *&%$#)
Then I get to grind up horseradish for the Sunday Ham Dinner.....it's always my contibution....and I need a good cry, anyway, since I ain't fishin......
Have a Happy Easter, all...........the Daffs are blooming, just in time......

Going to see if I can get Goose to come out and play tonight or Sat. night. Now that I have started with a few fish last night it will become a nightly ritual. They may not be big but they are STRIPERS
Big dinner on Sat. for my b-day and Sunday for Easter. Looks like I will have to do more fishing next week to work off all that food

Hit the WW last night, and picked up two nice little bass, for the first fish of the season for me.
Let the games begin
Conditions were nice, with SW wind, good movement to water, but not too sloppy, and plenty of available rocks. Used my lucky white Cocahoe.
Hope to get back there again tonite. Have family in town for an egg hunt in the am, then brunch, dinner etc... (and maybe the Wall again in between!).
Good Fishin,
Bill
