fall run

made up big time today for a real poor summer, around 50 or so off the beach in broad daylight! most 18 to 24 inches but a few bigger. brought 1 home for dinner at 40 inches! best part..... all on my own plugs!!! the yellow spook copy was killer today! Sorry no pix didn't want to jinx myself with a camera!!!

the most uncommon thing you can possess,.................. is.............. common sense!

funny i had the same experience today with tons of fish off the beach ranging from 14" to 34" and then i switched to a big yellow spook and BANG a really fat 40" fish...i would estimate at 20lbs...got to love the fall!

Doc, I read your post on another site and it was almost exactly the same info as castin4bass's. I figured it was you until I saw your reply in this thread. Either way, nice going to both(?) of you with the fall fishing...
