I'll testify to the effectiveness of both builder's plugs. Afterhours' top water squid plug was dynamite during the spring squid run, and more effective than other plugs. Bernzy's Surf Hootie in yellow has been a first rate fall plug for me. I can't believe how hard bass of all sizes hit it. We fisherman are fortunate both builders sell their stuff, but throwing them at bluefish......................ouch!

yes, bernzy makes a beautiful plug, but there is no reason to knock others, because they admire another sponsors plug.

There are a lot of fabulous plug builders here and I'd love to have every single one of there plugs but In my eyes Bernzy Plugs are up there with Chum's Fixters, Guzzes & Mr Pogie's Plug. Cream of the Crop Redneck |
