older makos?

Just wondering how the older Makos ride, both the CC and Cuddys. I'm just trying to get some research done for my upcoming purchase. Older I mean like mid 80's.

Is the ride harsh, wet, dry, etc.....

For a biased opinion - check ClassicMako.com. For a great ride in an older boat, check out the Seacrafts ClassicSeacraft.com and the Formula/Thuderbird/Performer hulls

it really depends on which model. Just like anything, you can design different boats for different applications.

but overall I think that they ride great and are nice and dry, and well built.

Lots of support over at classicmako.com as JR said.

I have a 92 hull and it is the cats meow. All other boats bow before my mighty MAKO 241. Fast tough dry and tough.

You are almost right, when someone wants to consider a twin powered 25' Mako and wants to save money with a single, and improve ride, resale, quality, and fuel economy, they buy a 23 Seacraft (well, at least an older Seacraft as Mako builds the new ones )

(it's all in good fun)

Where is the listing on Hooper's boat????
