you should see a doctor if your pain is consistantly getting worse...
or more frequent by all means...
and since i'm not a doctor i cannot prescribe anything for you.
but what i can do is make a suggestion or two....
i encourage everyone always to be their own doctor in a sense
simply because they alone can
feel whats happening
in their own body.
your intestines is where your finer digestion of your food takes place and occasionally you can have a problem in it when food gets stuck in a fold ...where your intestine bends....because it is as long as a garden hose. Then that food creates gas which swells up at that
crimp causing pressure and subsequent pain.
one thing you can do...since your symtoms are
random is to write down everything you eat so that each time you have the stomache ache you can look back at your food that you ate the previous couple of meals and see if
one in particular keeps showing up. It might be
Pizza or hamburgers.... for example.
Some foods are not very digestable because the are made from overly refined white flour which when fed to geese for example has been known to kill them as it turns into almost a plastic in the gooses stomache. Or take...French fries, that are so greasey from being cooked in oil that they become very hard to digest.
There is a digestive aid made from the fruit PAPAYA that can change the way people feel uncomfortable after eating too big a meal in about 20 minutes.
they contain
"BROMELAIN" which is also found in pineapple.
another home remedy is peppermint tea which helps to get rid of any gas build up...from
indigestion which means:
Inability to digest or difficulty in digesting something, especially food.
2. Discomfort (
stomache ache) or illness resulting from this inability or difficulty.
try that... and see if it helps ....or discover what the problem food is. If not ..like i said before...time to get an expert (doctors)opinion.
something i read recently was :
eat half the amount and take twice as long to eat it... which i thought was, wise advice.
also ...since it takes about
20 minutes for your stomache to tell your brain that you've had enough to eat...slow down a bit and if
after twenty minutes your still hungry...then have that second helping.
