Road Trip

to Wakefield today with my brother.Libations followed at Mews Tavern With The Hab,Fish Eye and Arra.First time meeting Ron and I have to say he's a die hard.Free flowing info regarding the canal and great insight into Lami rods.Seems like he had more questions about his blanks than I did. That is known as an individual looking to improve his product via feedback. He wanted the truth and I gave it to him,he couldn't believe my criticism of the 1205 but seemed genuinely attentive.
One question I asked was about distance gained with a spinning setup vs. conventional if I used his methods.I was surprised to hear that I could gain up to 100 yards!!!
I was hoping to see some board members in their backyard(nebe) but we'll get together soon enough I hope.Good gracious I love the Mews and the girl in the pink sweater in attendance!!!
